Intro to Indoor Rowing
If you made a New Year’s resolution to get in shape or to try something new, we have the class for you! Indoor rowing, also called erging, is a low-impact, total-body workout that targets the muscles in your legs, back, core, and arms. It improves your posture, is good for your heart, and is fun. If you’ve always wanted to try it, here’s your chance. This class is a great way to learn more about our offerings and upcoming on-water programs. No experience necessary, but registration is required as space is limited.
