Youth Rowing

Our youth rowing program blends urban and suburban participants who practice and race together, giving both groups the opportunity to learn from one another in our own version of a magnet school for rowers. Past rowers have earned rowing scholarships to college, participated on US Junior National Development Teams, and earned invitations to the prestigious USRowing Youth Nationals. Youth rowing programs are offered year round. The spring season runs from March to May, the fall season runs from September to November, indoor training in the winter, with clinics and other opportunities in the summer.

Coached Sculling:
Session 2: July 27 through August 23
All rowers – novice or experienced, youth and adult – are welcome to sign up for our coached sculling sessions.  Coached sculling sessions are available on the following days/times: M/W or Tu/Th: 6 – 7:30 am, 8:30 – 10 am, 11 am – 12:30 pm, 1:30 – 3 pm, 3:30 – 5 pm, and 6 – 7:30 pm, and Sat and Sun: 8:30 – 10 am

Summer Fitness Team:
Session 2: July 27 through August 23 
Looking for more of a group workout? The Summer Fitness Team is for you! Our coaching staff will lead you through exercises on and off the ergs to help you build or maintain your fitness with a class of like-minded enthusiasts. This program will be offered on M/W 6 – 7:30 pm, T/TH 6 – 7:30 am and on Sundays, 8:30 – 10 am.
