HARTFORD — A cove for kayaking, walking trails, and community spaces could be coming to a segment of the Connecticut River connecting Windsor to Hartford, new renderings show.
Riverfront Recapture, a nonprofit responsible for maintaining parks in the Hartford area along the Connecticut River, selected a developer for the 60 acres of land on the Hartford-Windsor line. New York-based Hargreaves Jones will lead the redevelopment after a request for proposal process that garnered 29 different proposals from across the U.S. and the U.K.
