Take the stage at lower Mortensen Riverfront Plaza for RiverBarre, our free class taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. Barre is a total-body-toning workout based on a combination of ballet movement, yoga alignment and Pilates core work. You’ll feel the burn with these low-impact body weight exercises that incorporate resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing. Strengthen and sculpt your body and your mind! Bring water and a yoga mat, and wear sneakers.

Parking for this event is available on-street, or you may park in the parking lot at Great River Park and walk across the Founders Bridge, or park in the parking lot at Riverside Park, and walk down the Riverwalk.
