Enjoy three days of live music, including a Saturday night performance by Javier Colon, beer, delicious food from over 30 trucks, and celebrity chef demonstrations from renowned culinary experts Erica Blaire Roby and Rasheed Philips in the MoheganSunCasino.com Tent.

Erica Blaire Roby is a Food Network Master of ‘Cue Barbecue Champion, Memphis In May Champion, award-winning competition pitmaster, sommelier, and attorney. Erica is a mainstay on NBC’s TODAY Show, Good Morning America, and local news stations. When not traveling for barbecue, Erica can be found on her ranch in Houston, Texas, tending to her multitude of farm animals and teaching the art of smoke to students at Blue Smoke Blaire’s BBQ Academy.

Rasheed Philips is a celebrated Pitmaster known for his expertise in open-fire cooking techniques honed in the islands of Jamaica. Parking: Free parking for this event is available on-street on both sides of the river. Paid, convenient parking is available in the Connecticut Convention Center Garage – park on the fifth floor and use the exit on the north side of the garage, allowing direct access to the Convention Center, Connecticut Science Center, and Mortensen Riverfront Plaza.
