Intro to Indoor Rowing

Tired of the same old workout? Try something new –  indoor rowing, aka erging. This is a low-impact, total-body workout that targets the muscles in your legs, back, core, and arms. It improves your posture, is good for your heart, and is fun. If you’ve always wanted to try it, here’s your chance. This class is a great way to learn more about our rowing program and upcoming on-water offerings.
