Barre is a total-body-toning workout based on a combination of ballet movement, yoga alignment and Pilates core work. You’ll feel the burn with these low-impact body weight exercises that incorporate resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing. Strengthen and sculpt your body and your mind!
