WIP Into Shape
Join WIP Fitness every Tuesday night on the plaza for free, motivating workouts. Their instructors will show you how to build muscle in this anything but traditional boot camp style class using bands, body weight, and the plaza itself. This class is accessible to all levels. Bring water (definitely), and a yoga mat (optional).

Parking for this event is available on-street, or you may park in the parking lot at Great River Park and walk across the Founders Bridge, or park in the parking lot at Riverside Park, and walk down the Riverwalk.
