Yoga Flow on the River
Join us every Wednesday night through August for a free yoga class taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. Stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this class designed to link movement with breath, allowing you to unwind and connect. This class is a perfect blend of all-levels yoga to music that will clear your mind, exercise, and strengthen your body through a series of smooth and calming postures. The shaded area and scenic backdrop make this a perfect setting for a one-hour yoga practice that will relax and rejuvenate you for the week.
The classes are taught in a Vinyasa style flow of yoga postures suitable for any level of yoga experience. Please bring water and a yoga mat.
