Hartford Scouts Raise Flag in Charter Oak Landing

Members of Hartford’s Girl Scouts Troop 10036 and Boy Scouts Troop 2 worked together to raise the flag on our newly installed flagpole in Charter Oak Landing. t was such a pleasure to meet them, and we hope to see them in our parks again soon.
