Learn to Row

Learning to row at Riverfront has never been easier. The new class format introduces both sweep rowing (one oar per rower, team boats) and sculling (two oars per rower, individual boats) in a single session—giving beginners a comprehensive overview of both styles in just one month. Participants will learn the fundamentals of rowing, including stroke technique, equipment handling, and key terminology, while gaining hands-on experience in both disciplines. By the end of the session, athletes will be prepared to choose their preferred path and advance to the intermediate level.
By the end of the session, participants will understand the difference between sweep and sculling and be prepared to choose their preferred path and advance to intermediate classes.
