Summer Pops

The Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra presents a dynamic, one-hour patriotic concert celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. The program features iconic works including The Star-Spangled Banner, Copland’s Variations on a Shaker Melody, Berlin’s God Bless America, Ward’s America, the Beautiful, and Sousa favorites like Stars and Stripes Forever, The Thunderer, and Liberty Bell. Selections from John Williams’ Star Wars Suite may also be included, adding a familiar, exciting touch. Performed by the full orchestra, it’s a powerful celebration of American music and heritage.
