The CT Adaptive Rowing Program (CARP) was formed in partnership with the Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital in 2003. This progarm offers opportunities for people with physical limitations to experience rowing on the Connecticut River with modified equipment.
Riverfront Recapture’s Community Rowing Program began over 20 years ago with two borrowed training singles.
Our intro to indoor rowing classes are a great way to learn more about our community rowing program, our adult racing & high school rowing programs, and upcoming on-water opportunities.
Riverfront Rowing competed in the USRowing Masters National Championships and in a first for the program, the Men's and Women's teams won the Overall Points Trophy, bringing a national championship honor home to Hartford.
